Tahini Honey Basil Dressing
This dressing is sweet and savory and kid approved! I used this on a pasta salad I made and it was wonderful. While trying to recreate a dressing my mom used to make, which I failed at, I kept tasting and adding ingredients until I got to the finished product. It would go GREAT on grilled chicken, which is what I will be trying next! Please let me know what you think in the comments! Pic below is the pasta salad I used the dressing on.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 TBSP minced garlic
1 tsp sea salt
1 1/2TBSP chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 TBSP coconut aminos
1 TBSP tahini
1/2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until mixed. You can add more coconut aminos or salt if you prefer a saltier flavor. Enjoy!
