Taco Nourish Bowl

Taco Nourish Bowl, emphasis on the word, ”nourish.” This bowl is packed with nutrients and flavor! Also, its very versatile, depending on the salsa you add and the different veggies.


Salsa of your choice

.5 cup of cooked sweet potatoes (see Healthy Sweet Potatoes recipe)

16oz ground turkey

1 Taco seasoning pack (low sodium)

Black olives



Queso of choice

Leafy green lettuce

Half of an avocado

Tortilla chips


Brown turkey in skillet and add taco seasoning pack. Cook sweet potatoes according to recipe. Place lettuce in a large bowl. Fill the bowl with the rest of ingredients and squeeze lime juice over mixture. Drizzle your favorite queso or cheese and salsa over mixture and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
