Strawberries and Cream Protein Baked Oats

Yall! This is so good! And, it is loaded with protein! There’s a sneaky ingredient that really sets it off, check the ingredients list!


2 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 scoop protein powder

1/4 cup Truvia brown sugar blend

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup of diced strawberries


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place eggs, yogurt, almond milk in a large bowl and whisk together until mixed. Add in the baking powder, cinnamon, and protein powder, stir to combine. Add in the Truvia brown sugar blend and oats and stir. Lastly fold in the diced strawberries. In a small 2 qt. baking dish, spray with non stick spray and pour in mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25mins, or until golden brown. Drizzle with honey and extra strawberries if you want and enjoy!
