Pineapple Mango Salsa

This salsa is so fresh and great for the summertime! A delicious way to spice things up from regular tomato salsa. It’s salty and sweet and oh so fresh!


Ingredients:

1/2 Pineapple chopped

2 Mangos chopped

1cup of fresh cilantro chopped

1 cucumber diced

Sea salt to taste

1 jalapeño seeded and finely chopped

Juice of 1 lime


Directions:


Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until blended. Add more salt or cilantro to your liking and enjoy!!
