Keto/Low Carb Brownies
Yall.....I can’t believe this recipe. I let really created this recipe as I was making it and it turned out so good! And, the best part, there’s only 4g net carbs per serving!!!! And there are six big servings per recipe, so you definitely won’t be deprived! I love chocolate, with a passion, and these are so perfect! I can’t get over it! 1/2tsp baking powder
1/4cup cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate protein (I used Bowmar)
4TBSP ground flax seeds
12TBSP butter, melted
2oz Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3/4 cup monk fruit extract powder
1/2 cup almond flour
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, microwave butter for 30 second intervals until melted. Once melted, add Lily’s baking chips and stir until melted with butter. In a separate large bowl, add in almond flour, protein powder, ground flax seeds, baking powder, cocoa powder, monk fruit and stir to combine. Once combined, stir in the butter and chocolate mixture with the dry ingredients. Then, stir in the almond milk until combined. Lastly, add in the eggs until mixed thoroughly. Spray a nonstick pan/glass baking dish with non stick spray and pour in brownie batter. Bake in center rack of oven for 15mins or until cooked.
