Hydrating Anti-Inflamatory Turmeric Berry Smoothie


This smoothie has so many great benefits from naturally derived ingredients that were put on this Earth to help our bodies flourish. Turmeric and cherries are known to have anti-inflammatory properties. Also, turmeric is an antioxidant as well as the berries.


Ingredients:


1.5 cups of coconut water

1 cup of berry blend

1 Açaí pack unsweetened

2TBSP honey

1TBSP turmeric powder

1 TBSP chia seeds


Directions:


Add all ingredients in a blender except chia seeds and blend until well mixed. You can add more coconut water if you need to and add more honey if you prefer a sweeter taste. Pour into a glass and top with chia seeds. Enjoy all those benefits!
