Honey and Cinnamon Roasted Carrots
Honey and Cinnamon Roasted Carrots, sweetened with natural sugars like honey and coconut sugar, are Kid approved and so tasty!
Ingredients:
1lb bag of baby carrots
2 TBSP coconut sugar
3 TBSP honey
1.5 TBSP ground cinnamon
.5 tsp ground nutmeg
2 TBSP olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Spray a baking pan with non-stock spray and pour carrots on pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender. Enjoy!
