Healthy Chocolate PB Brownie (3SP)
Never did I think that I could make brownies healthy....until I baked this delicious piece of heaven!
1 can of chickpeas, drained
2 TBSP powdered peanut butter (Trunut, PB2)
2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
6TBSP Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
Directions: (Makes 4 brownies)
Spray a small glass baking dish with Pam nonstick spray and heat oven to 350 degrees. In a high powered blender or food processor, add all ingredients until blended into a brownie batter like consistency. Pour batter in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins until batter is formed. Baking time will depend on the type of dish you use. Enjoy this with a TBSP of whipped cream not top!
