Healthy Chicken Salad!!!


Yep, you read right. Healthy chicken salad! With a simple swap from mayonnaise to Greek yogurt, a lot of calories and unhealthy fats are removed. And, Greek yogurt adds more protein!


Ingredients:

.5 cup Chopped pecans

1 Rotisserie chicken, shredded, no skin

2 stalks of celery finely chopped

1cup of Plain Greek Yogurt

Dash or two of celery salt

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:


Shred Rotisserie chicken, place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix with your hands until everything is mixed together. Make a chicken salad salad, put on your favorite bread, or crackers! It is delicious. You will be pleasantly surprised by how you don’t miss the mayonnaise! Feel free to add more celery or pecans to your liking! I also enjoy with sliced grapes. Enjoy!
