Garlic Roasted Potatoes
These potatoes are so yummy and flavorful! And cooked to perfection, I might add. Easy recipe but they do take a bit to cook, so prepare for the time needed to cook them. They are an easy meal prep side and can be easily reheated for a quick week night side!
1 small bag of tri-color baby potatoes
2 TBSP garlic powder
1.5 TBSP onion powder
2 TBSP olive oil
1.5 TBSP of Salt
.5 TBSP of Pepper
Optional: 1 TBSP of dried chopped rosemary
Preheat oven to 400 degree. Rinse potatoes and cut in quarters. Place in bowl and add olive oil and seasoning. Spray a baking pan with non-stock spray and pour potatoes on pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Test with a fork to make sure they are tender. If not, return to oven for additional 5-10 minutes. If cooking a head of time for a quick week night reheat, when reheating, heat in intervals of 1minute and stir. Enjoy!
