Frozen Vanilla Espresso Protein Drink
So so yummy and perfect for the summer time or an afternoon pick me up! And....the best part, it’s healthy! I have a Nespresso machine, but if you don’t, you could use brewed coffee instead. Or, stop by your local coffee shop and order 2 shots to take home and create this magical drink!
Ingredients:
2 shots of espresso or 8-10oz of coffee
3 cups of ice
1 cup of almond milk (if using coffee, you should only need about 1/2 cup of almond milk)
1 scoop of vanilla protein
2 squirts of Sweet Leaf Vanilla Sweet Drops
Almond milk whipped cream - optional
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed through. Pour in a glass and top with whipped cream/ almond milk whipped cream and enjoy!
