Franks Red Hot Chicken!!!


Pan seared chicken breast in Franks Red Hot seasoning. Yes, Franks makes a seasoning! I found the seasoning at Sams a while back, but, if you can’t find the seasoning, I would suggest marinating the chicken overnight in Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce.


Ingredients:


Chicken breast (however many you will be eating)

Franks Red Hot seasoning or Sauce

Pam

Olive oil



Directions:


Using whatever tool available (spoon, meat mallet, potato masher) beat chicken with tool to even out the thickness of the meat so that the chicken will cook evenly in the pan.


Coat chicken with seasoning. If using the sauce, marinate for 4 hrs or overnight if you can.


Spray non-stick skillet with Pam and heat on medium heat.


Place chicken breast in pan. Let chicken cook in pan for 5 minutes. Do not touch the chicken so that it can brown and get good color. Before flipping out 1TBSP of olive oil in the pan, then flip. Depending on the thickness, you may need more time on each side to cook.
