Easy Tomato Soup
Summer isn’t even over yet, and all three of my kids have come down with the flu. Since they are all sick, it prompted the creation of an easy and quick tomato soup recipe to give them nutrients and warm their throats. This soup is an EASY way to doctor up canned tomato soup and is sure to warm your throat and soul on those sick days. You could add whole wheat noodles, Parmesan cheese crisps, and bread for dipping.
5 TBSP of butter
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1- 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
2 - 23oz cans of Campbell’s Tomato Soup
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a medium pot, stir, and cook on low to medium heat for about 30mins or until soup is warmed. Stir occasionally. Enjoy! Serve with whole wheat pasta noodles, bread, or parmesan cheese crisps.
