Easy Sweet Potatoes


Looking for a quick, healthy, weeknight side? Look no further than this easy sweet potatoes recipe! With only a few ingredients, but packed with flavor!


Ingredients:


5-6 small sweet potatoes

2 TBSP coconut oil

Salt

Pepper


Directions:


Wash sweet potatoes and cut in half moons. Put the coconut oil in a large skillet and melt. Place sweet potatoes in pan and cook for about 15 mins, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
