Chimichurri


A fresh and tasty way to spice up grilled chicken or steak. Using fresh herbs and some other spices, you can transform your boring grilled chicken or steak! It would also go great with grilled veggies too!


Ingredients:

2TBSP fresh basil

2 TBSP fresh oregano

3 TBSP olive oil

1 TBSP lemon juice

2 tsp thyme

1 TBSP parsley

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1 TBSP red wine vinegar

Sea salt to taste


Directions:

Roughly chop all herbs and then place in a small food processor/chopper. Add in olive oil, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar. Add in garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes. Pulse mixture until mixed thoroughly and herbs are chopped. Add sea salt to taste. Great on grilled steak or chicken! Enjoy!
