Buffalo Chicken Meatballs!
These buffalo chicken meatballs are a perfect addition to gameday or a great way to satisfy your wing cravings!
1/4 cup rolled oats
16oz ground chicken
2 TBSP garlic powder
1.5 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP celery salt
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pan with non stick spray. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands until well blended. Mixture will be a little loose. Form meatballs with an ice cream scoop and place on pan. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove pan and flip meatballs over. Return to oven for 5-10 more minutes. Remove and serve with extra sauce, Ranch, yogurt Ranch, and celery. Perfect to make lettuce cups with!
